Dr. O’Donnell was born and raised in Buffalo Minnesota, and graduated from high school in 2012. He graduated from Winona State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Movement Science. After graduating he became a Certified Personal Trainer and worked for two years before going on to Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN where he graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic with a Sports Emphasis in 2023.
Dr. O’Donnell is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Graston Technique certified, Precision Nutrition certified, and has advanced training in extremity care and soft tissue techniques.
He believes that movement is the key to living a full and healthy life. His goal is to help his patients get back to living an active life no matter where they are starting from. He believes that chiropractic is an important tool to maintain proper movement patterns but also puts great emphasis on the importance of strength training and proper nutrition for his patients to live the fullest life possible.
He currently lives in Maple Lake, MN with his wife Dani, dog, Gadget, and their newest addition, Rowan Rudy, born in February 2024. Outside of the office, they enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, volleyball, and any other outdoor activity that brings a new adventure and gets them out of their comfort zone!
