Dr. Tom’s primary goal is to lead and empower each patient towards a lifestyle focused on health and wellness. Not only does Dr. Tom recognize the importance of getting adjusted to maintaining proper spinal function, but also how beneficial proper nutrition and movement is towards a person’s overall health.
“My three favorite patients to treat are people with headaches because they normally respond quickly and can effectively overcome the problem; disc herniations, because there are really no other ‘good’ treatment options for this group, and they do respond favorably without the use of drugs or surgery. And lastly, I enjoy taking care of our youth. Oftentimes when they complain, they go unheard; and they have spines too!”
Dr. Tom has lived in Buffalo for the majority of his life, and is passionate about bettering his community. He is a Buffalo Hospital Foundation Board Member, he’s involved with his local church, and has coaching experience with the Buffalo basketball, hockey, and soccer Clubs.
Outside of work/volunteering, Dr. Tom and Melissa have 3 children that are the center of their universe now. They also enjoy traveling, skiing on snow and water, boating, camping, fishing/hunting and for a fresh adventure, Dr. Tom has taken up Kiteboarding. If you ever would like to get out and fly a kite, let him know 🙂
