Balancing stress, food, and movement to nourish your entire being is the core of achieving wellness. My approach is to take a personalized look at who you are as a whole and provide realistic advice for your lifestyle. I also like to partner with farmers for local, fresh, and in-season foods to nourish the body; and with local exercise specialists to provide a network of community resources that can help facilitate these goals!
Though this all sounds great, as a mom of three with a busy lifestyle, I admit perfection is something I don’t strive for but rather a continuum of balance with the “80/20ish rule.” Our family enjoys a variety of those 20ish percent foods, but 80ish percent of the time we focus on filling our bodies with nutrient dense choices. Oh, and by the way, we won’t be counting calories, fat grams, or steps:)
What we eat over time and what we do with our bodies, have the biggest impact on our health and disease reversal or prevention! Let it begin with me and I will help you navigate your health journey!
